Voobon Ventures has invested $25 million in Explore Studios, Inc., a media production and distribution company. Explore Studios is currently in post- production of the independent film “The Retirement Party,” and several reality and talk shows, all shooting in Atlanta, Ga. The studio began development in 2007 under the supervision of Mark Shariar, Managing Fund Director of Voobon Ventures, Inc.
Explore Studios, Inc. is an addition to Voobon Ventures, Inc.’s portfolio companies. The facility is the first Media and Entertainment Company the private equity firm has supported.
